Who are we

The first approach to MUTUO was originally created in 2015 as an independent initiative by a group of great friends graduated from the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences, who sought to give a low-income family the possibility of accessing a quality housing project. That was the starting point in a journey towards social architecture through impact.

Architects by profession. Our participation in different social projects has allowed us to explore different possibilities of action within the professional activity and to approach new challenges in order to have a positive impact on the social problems of our country.

In 2016, MUTUO was founded with the aim of creating a model that will bring our professionals closer to serving those who truly need them.

Mutuo won first place in the Seed Capital contest for Social Entrepreneurs of the Universidad del Pacífico “THASKI 2016”.
